Return Policy
Our return policy requires that returns be arranged within 7 days of receiving items if they were shipped to the purchaser. For items purchased directly from the store, they must be returned to the store within 7 days. All items need to be returned with the original packaging and materials that were provided to the purchaser at the time of shipping or in-store purchase.
Refunds may take up to 30 days to process, as they will involve inspection of the returned items after they are received by the store or manufacturer. Refunds will be issued minus any fees we incur in the fulfillment of your order, including costs related to scooter rental returns.
If an item is returned, the purchaser is responsible for any shipping costs. This includes any charges that may have previously been considered free, as well as the cost of shipping the item back to the manufacturer or store. The purchaser must decide how to return the item to the original location where it was shipped from or purchased. Additionally, a tracking number must be provided when returning the item. While the store may assist in arranging shipping, all associated costs will be the responsibility of the purchaser.
Please note that a restocking fee of 15% to 25% will be deducted from the refund, with a minimum charge of $15. Certain charges related to the purchase, such as delivery or setup fees, will not be refunded to the purchaser.
