Return Policy

Returns must be arranged within 7 days of receiving items if shipped to purchaser. If items are purchased directly from the store items must be returned directly to the store within 7 days. All items must be returned with all packaging and materials that were shipped to the purchaser or the purchaser left the store with.

Refunds may take up to 30 days due to processing and inspection of the returned items after they are received by the store or manufacturer.

Refunds will be made, less any fees we have been charged in the fulfillment of your order which include the following:

If the item is returned the purchaser will be responsible for any shipping cost. This includes any costs incurred by the manufacturer or store that were previously deemed free of charge to the purchaser. This also includes any charge of shipping the item back to the manufacturer or store. The purchaser will be responsible for deciding how to return the item back to the manufacturer or store. The item must be returned to the location the item was shipped to or purchased from by the purchaser. The purchaser must provide a tracking number when shipping to the location the item was shipped from. It may be possible for the store to help arrange or to arrange shipping for the purchaser, but all cost will be the responsibility of the purchaser.

A restocking fee of 15% to 25% will be deducted from the refund to the purchaser. The minimum charge will be $15.

Some charges related to the purchase will not be refunded to the purchaser such as but not limited to delivery or setup of items.
